This house is fully attached and located on a tree lined street in the Georgetown area of Brooklyn about one block from the Paerdegat Basin body of water. The house has a large driveway in front and a finished basement. Walk up one flight of outside stairs to reach a shared balcony for two apartments.
Apartment 1 has 2 bedrooms and a large living room with a dining area, a peninsula design in the kitchen. The floors throughout the apartment are hardwood and the two large bedrooms are in the back. There is one bedroom with a private bathroom and there is another bathroom in front of both bedrooms. Apartment 1 is very well laid out and spacious with closets and more closets.
Right above is Apartment 2 and while this is fairly similar to the layout of Apartment 1, this Apartment also has three bedrooms making this 3 over 2 plus the finished basement.
