The owner/landlord wants all prospective tenants to complete a National Tenant Network (NTN) application. The NTN is a non-refundable fee of $20, and an extensive background check will be done. If the owner is satisfied with the results of your NTN application, you will then be allowed to move forward to the Board application. The following fees are NON-REFUNDABLE: $400 application fee, $100 criminal background, and $100 credit report.
