Disclosures:

Con Ed has turned off the gas to the building, so the stove is inoperable.   The kitchen features a microwave, electric kettle, air fryer, two-burner hot plate, and a toaster oven.   The building is undergoing an upgrade to its electricity system.   When that happens, a new induction stove will be installed, and the kitchen will be fully operable.
